Steak-Out opened on March 21, 1986 on Jordan Lane in Huntsville — founded by David and Rhonda Martin alongside David's brother Danny and his wife Elisa. The idea was simple: deliver hot, fresh, quality American meals, char-broiled the way they should be.

Forty years later — five neighborhood locations across Madison County, over 250 employees, and a kitchen run by the same family that opened the first one.
