Take-out since 1986.
We opened Steak-Out on March 21, 1986 with a simple, slightly stubborn idea: deliver hot, fresh, quality American meals — char-broiled the way they're supposed to be.
A Madison County original.
Steak-Out Char-Broiled Delivery opened on Jordan Lane in Huntsville in March 1986 — founded by David and Rhonda Martin alongside David's brother Danny and his wife Elisa. The goal was straightforward: hot, fresh, quality American meals, char-broiled and delivered to your door.
A second location opened just a year later, in March 1987. Today we operate five neighborhood spots across Madison County, with over 250 employees — more than 150 of whom have been with us over five years.
Forty years on the grill.
